The staff was willing to help, I would come here again. All in all everything was very good, had a pleasant stay for a nice quiet late night visit. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed here with bar, a very comfortable bed, for example. This hotel was located in a central area close enough to the dog " Furnas ", the volcanic, and the town centre or the east of the island.

This location was magnificent, so close to several local attractions, Azores / Portugal, and hikes and weather. I loved staying at this casual hotel because of the quiet ambience. Booked it for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast had a lot of splendid food and drinks. All of the staff was excellent and fairly friendly. The location was incredible and amazing, just off the garden and pools and Sao Miguel island in the Azores. The place was extremely close to Restaurante Summer Breeze, where you can have dinner. The service was good in my opinion.

This hotel was set in a central area very close to main sightseeing locations as well as the attached high end A Terra restaurant which is the best in Furnas. Ate at A Quinta, it's not very far from the venue. We had the guest room which was decent sized and brand-new with terrace.

Marvellous and beautiful location right by the restaurant on three occasions and food selection and sizes of the servings, I felt safe. I visited outdoor bar and liked local drinks. The vibe here was quiet.

We had marvellous breakfasts at reasonable prices. The location was marvellous - very close to the attached high end A Terra restaurant which is the best in Furnas, manicured gardens and the nearby Caldeiras as well as Terra Nostra Park and Poça da Dona Beija pools. And it was not too far away from Padaria Gloria Moniz, ate there couple of times.
It had not very nice views, and the bathroom was quite small.

Its location was stunning, very close to Azores / Portugal, and the caldeiras and the gardens at Terra Nostra. Café Chalet da Tia Merces located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Both my wife and I loved being there. Such beautiful location in the bottom of an extinct volcanic crater. The room was cozy, perfect and had terrace, coffee and closet space. Breakfast staff were absolutely friendly and provided extras requested. The waiter was top!
