It is a brilliant place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. The rooms are compact and updated, with wine and the added breakfast provided. The price is just right - £ 55. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from a Clarence pier.

The staff was caring & exceptionally attentive. Unbeatable location, it was right by the centre and transport, many restaurants and attractions and buses electric cars and metro. Tried some nice meals at The Briny, located a walking distance from the hotel.
