Greatly enjoyed this hotel, had 4 lovely days here. It was about 20 km from the airport. My room was good sized and designer and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It offered excellent service and delicious food too.

I was happy with hotel's great and stunning location in the heart of the old city. My room was designer and included an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen television. Location: the property was really close to the historic center, major attractions and the new metro system. Also, I was at a moderate distance from a medieval castle.

Greatly enjoyed staying at the apartment with the bedroom upstairs and heating. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in the room too. The location was beautiful, for example, Funicular dos Guindais was relatively close to the hotel. It was a pretty comfortable area, a decent place for me.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a very enjoyable experience. The location was stunning and the staff was pleasant during the whole stay! The airport was 20 km away. Unique and designer unit in the bedroom upstairs, we truly enjoyed it. An electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines and a multi-channel TV were provided.

We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, appreciated its historic and best possible location right by restaurants, the new metro system, and the historical district. The room was top-notch and good sized, with with heating, the bedroom, as example. Having a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was great and incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from a Ribeira square.
