In overall, the place is recently renovated, has professional staff on the reception desk. Its rooms are a nice size for chair etc. The location is incredibly comfortable and handy with private parking available nearby. There is nearby Harry Ramsden's to grab some food for the dinner. The restaurant is good, serves delicious dishes.

There were very clean beds and a balcony and a terrace inside the room. The breakfast offered was nice hot with pancakes & omelettes made to order and omelettes, for instance, couldn't have asked for more. The location was fantastic, just next door to communal areas-, the central Porto, close to Praca da Batalha, and the centre. Found a place called The Lord Warden, set minutes away from the hotel, ate there a few times.
