The staff are superfriendly and amicable. The hotel offers particularly good location to the metro station which connects to all the parts of the city. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Hortas&pratos with nice drinks.

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were very pleasant, exceptionally comfortable bed. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room and that was great. Absolutely perfect location, Francisco Sa Carneiro airport was 9 miles away. Efficient reception.
