Had such great stay for five nights over new year, the staff were accommodating, location was absolutely perfect close to where the buses leave. Our room was good sized and stylish with satellite channels, the extra bed, a huge balcony on the topfloor, slept well. Appreciated their warm drinks, served in the lobby bar.

Savoury and lovely breakfast to star a day with sausages, yoghurt, cheese. Perfect and excellent location, walking distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping mall and expensive shops across the street.
Beds were not very comfortable.

No complaints, this was a very enjoyable stay in February 2013. We liked staying here, the place met requirements. The location was ideal and incredibly comfortable, and we could reach Alexandre Herculano by walking. Moreover, it's not far from Bairro Alto, affordable restuarants and metro station, shops, and restaurants. Lots of food items served for savoury breakfast.
