This hotel was located in a central area near the Elevador de Santa Justa as well as the main tourist attractions and other popular areas. The breakfast was satisfactory and available with fruit and expresso and good coffee, the staff were attentive and helpful.

The location was great and stunning for traveling around Lisbon, close to Bairro Alto, Mouraria and many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our rooms with bathroom included. The staff was very welcoming and always on disposal.

The personnel was incredible and exceptional. The room was spotless and updated, the location was incredible very central. We found nice Confeitaria Nacional nearby with hot beverages.

Reasonably large and airy units with a TV, A double bed, for example, and the staff were very informative. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, for example, a historic castle was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Had an amazing stay here. Central location and impressive views, experienced staff and thoughtful service. I liked convenient placing of climate control, terrace and Wi-Fi in the queen room. There was a huge bar with plenty of different food, such as nibbles and tapas. The hotel was centrally set in a leisure area.

Staff was very very friendly, room was really clean, unbeatable location. Plenty of food at the tasty breakfast. We loved hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Baixa / Chiado district was worth staying in.
