Overall the staff is very hospitable. The hotel offers absolutely fantastic and perfect breakfast with nice view of the statue of Marquess of pombal and an acceptable varieties, for example.

The property's location was magnificent, close to a metro stop. I visited Dote - Cervejaria Moderna an easy walk to the venue for a few drinks.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a really good stay on the 2nd visit. The location was best possible because it was adjacent to a bar, restaurant, and the main metro stations. The place was minutes away from Selllva, where you can have dinner. Everybody was genuinely helpful and professional and the room was brand-new.
