The staff were absolutely kind and very friendly and the location was excellent very near loads of incredible galleries. Further, it was just off town centre, restaurants and convenience stores as well as historical center.
The bed in my room was very poor quality.

Had an incredible stay here during our trip. Amiable staff and excellent location close to the center, everything was amazing. Overall it was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was savoury, had a huge variety of food.

The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive and the place was exceptionally clean. The room was brand-new and unique with a mini-fridge & a kettle, window of nice garden view plus a very comfortable bed as expected. The savoury breakfast was served in the bar. The location was perfect for Porto, short walk to the old town and popular and trendy restaurant. Easily reached Fixebowl, located within easy walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The restaurant was great for breakfast as well as dinner, I tried appetising dishes. The bathroom was spacious and I really enjoyed windows overlooking city. The location was great and stunning, at a medium distance from an ornate church.
