My double room was equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Very comfy beds, the staff were lovely. This hotel was set in a riverside area very close to magnificent views of the Dom Luis bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia with all the port wineries as well as tourist area.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with nice decor, fridge, for example and that went well. This accommodation had a riverside setting in the best part of town. The staff was pretty friendly and around most of the time.

Everything was perfect, loved our extra special stay. The room was very well decorated, had LOVELY private bathroom. We had a lovely river view. The most important was the staff - best and excellent people. The hotel's location was central, near the river.

Everything was fabulous, and it had good wi-fi. The staff was especially helpful and extremely friendly. The food was fab and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. I didn't want to leave and would definitely come back there.

The location is fantastic and perfect, in the best part of town. And it's close enough to the Dom Luis bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia, magnificent views of the Dom Luis bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia, and walks along the river.

Had a well decorated and amazingly comfortable room with incredible views, evening music plus interesting decor, and I couldn't ask for more. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was excellent. The hotel was set in a riverside area next to the Dom Luis bridge and Gran Cruz House. In general the staff were superfriendly and amiable.

It is a beautiful property located in Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district so close to the singers/bars as well as the Douro river. There is a huge variety of excellent food for breakfast. The staff are accommodating and the location is excellent in the best part of town.

We recommend the place. It has perfectly comfortable setting close to lots of cafes. And it's nestled in a truly lovely building next to the Douro river, magnificent views of the Dom Luis bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia and the singers / bars. Every staff member is best and strives to meet your needs.

Wonderful place for one night and very helpful and best staff. Rooms with a delightful decor. An electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV - very useful. Best possible location in a tourist area right by the singers / bars outside, magnificent views of the Dom Luis bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia and the main sights or walks. Situated only 1 km from a hilltop Romanesque cathedral. The hotel of choice in Porto.
