The staff is incredibly nice, the breakfast delicious, the location is incredible close enough to main attractions such as Dom Luis Bridge, Majestic Cafe, Lello Bookshop, high street and more, Dom Louis bridge and public transport. We usually stay here for a holiday and the room is always practical and spotless.

The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, the public spaces were reasonably clean and the staff was service-oriented. The double room was newly renovated with a comfortable bed, extra pillows in the bedroom plus the basics.

Fairly clean newly decorated accommodation with marvellous location to the "main square " of Porto and very helpful staff. Recently refurbished and good sized unit for how to work the phone. Paid £ 56.

I spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed that. Overall clean place, staff was service-minded and especially helpful. The rooms were air conditioned and newly renovated, had a shower and bath sheets. The food was good with variety of alternatives. The location of the hotel was excellent and absolutely perfect - relatively near Oporto Coliseum. There was a wonderful restaurant, shopping malls and a bakery next door.

The place was ideal and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, the location was perfect close to the city centre. Overall it was a nice size for extra pillows in the bedroom. Location: the hotel was next to major train station, Batalha Square and the Douro Valley wineries. Se district was worth exploring.

The hotel met requirements. Loved every detail about my very pleasant 4 nights stay here. The location was amazing, within walking distance of a double-deck metal arch bridge. A shopping mall and a bakery were right next door. My double room was functional with central heating, an electronic key card and a TV set. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
