The hotel was charming old and excellent, yet I stayed for 3 nights only. The location was excellent and the staff was very welcoming during the whole stay! There were a shopping centre and a bakery around the property. It was about 10 km from the airport. The total experience was very good, I recommend.

Staying here for short stay was real good, totally recommendable. The setting was wonderful, very close to many restaurants, bars and theaters within a 5 minute walk, and the historic centre with lots of shops. There was A Tendinha do Rossio nearby, offering quick meals. All the employees were attentive and smiled at me: D

Whole place was fairly clean with absolutely brilliant views; awesome location on Rossio square. We booked a king room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Shared bathroom was clean. Really kind staff and everything was great. The stay was absolutely really comfortable.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely unfriendly.

It was as expected, had a really great stay. Breakfast was adequate, nice views, unbeatable location short walk to the center of the old town, the clubs and train station. The breakfast was included and had a wide range of meals. The employees were pleasant and kept it all clean.

Kind staff, free breakfast, special service. The family queen room was good-sized and clean. They made my stay perfect 10/10! You could walk to shops and a supermarket. Visited few places in the centre, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Late check out too.

Thank you, you are dope! Staff was helpful and room was very clean. 10 mins walk to the centre. Truly enjoyed Pastelaria Casa Brasileira, it was minutes away from the hotel and offered nice treats.
The hotel is located on a noisy street so be ready.
