Clean place, staff was especially helpful. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and cheap. A storage, a safe box, and a lounge area were all available. Perfect central location really close to the very centre, metro stations, and Bairro Alto, Mercado da Ribeira, Cais Sodre station. Bairro Alto district was worth exploring.

The place was clean and perfect, it had exceptionally nice and accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location was great, right at Convento dos Paulistas. Furthermore, the area was lively. The breakfast was generous and excellent and offered a wide array of items.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

The location for Lisbon was particularly good, adjacent to restaurants and bars in old town, and the Metro, all kinds of trams and buses and the Aerobus. I randomly popped in Cafe Boavida serving some pastries, located relatively near the hotel, it was nice. The breakfast was served in the bar.
