Easygoing staff, spectacular location, everything was perfect. I loved the room, it was functional and had natural lighting. They made my stay excellent. The American breakfast was fine, included : sausages, eggs, hot waffles, cheese and pastries. The snack bar was superb and the drinks were cold. A fully booked hotel in Ponta Delgada: )
