The rooms were perfect and beautifully maintained with a fairly clean bathroom. Greatly enjoyed that we had a kitchen and a lovely, small balcony. The location was perfect and excellent, relatively near Chiado. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was friendly.

We enjoyed this stay. We have stayed here for 7 nights and had a very nice experience. The local staff was very amiable. The hotel had an easy and comfortable location in the very centre of the city.

Appreciated our 4 nights here. The most important was the staff - nice and affable people. The room was perfect and clean with quaint balcony overlooking the shopping streets of central Lisbon, balcony views and a bathroom as described.

Booked a room in the right condition. The service was welcoming, totally satisfied. It was a great location for us, close enough to the river, main square, castle, Tram 28, and the Center of Lisbon. Baixa / Chiado district was worth exploring.

The staff is pleasant here, the services are friendly, and location is awesome right by Baixa, centre of Lisbon, the river, main square, castle, Tram 28 and the tram to Belem and all attractions. The guest room is perfect with quaint balcony overlooking the shopping streets of central Lisbon as well as a private bathroom. Thank you for a very comfortable stay👍👌

Our stay here was really really nice, excellent base for exploring Lisbon. The staff members were all very amiable and pleasant. The twin room was bright, quiet, with a reasonably large bathroom. Street view was a bonus. Location: the hotel was near the Metro station "Baixa-Chiado " and "Rossio ", to the Praca do Comercio and all other touristic spots, most major places of interest and Lisbon's old town.

Brilliant location; speedy check-in. The well-kept room & marble-lined bathroom. The staff was willing to help, and fulfilled extra services. I enjoyed fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pastries, cheese and cereal for self service breakfast, overall the food was reasonably priced.
