The place was clean and fine, it had affable and super friendly staff at reception desk. The breakfast had a wide range of options, coffee, breads, yoghourt, and cheese. The hotel's location was central, right in the heart of the old city. Spent a nice evening at Taberna Madeirense, located minutes from the venue.

The hotel was well-organized, as for me everything was fine. The staff was affable, and with great personal attitude. The location of the property was excellent and particularly good - just a short stroll away from Monte Brazil. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.
