They gave us a twin room like in the pictures. The location close to a tube station was good and amazing. We had early meal in The Good Catch, based nearby.

It was a nice and amazing location close to an underground station.
The room felt kind of cold and the bathroom was a bit tired.

The location is marvellous to centre in 30 minutes- metro is 5 minutes away. Furthermore, it is 3 km from the touristic places like Chiado.

I've had a really nice stay on the night before our stay. Everything was fairly clean and perfect. Good location, the staff were more than helpful. And it was near a subway station. The breakfast was very tasty with real orange juice and cheese and meat, and the staff were superfriendly.

Had an outstanding time. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, the accommodation was straightforward and clean. It was ideally set in a perfect area. I walked everywhere in Lisbon and restaurants and bars were close to the place. The staff were more than helpful, by the way some of them know restaurants and bars nearby.

Very good location and atmosphere, competitive prices. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, iron and ironing board were a nice touch. Everything was great as expected, even so the bathroom was quite small. I liked local cuisine served here...
The breakfast was n't included in the price.

Very comfortable location, and our room was pretty clean, good value. Deluxe twin room was the best. A supermarket and stores close to the hotel. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to alfama.
