Overall had luxury stay on vacation. The staff was genuinely helpful and responsive and great to deal with. We had a beautiful bedroom. It was an unbeatable and peaceful location for us, near Lagos, Lisbon and Porto and airport. The hotel was in a quiet street.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring, so I would stay there again. The hotel was placed in the very central location cLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND IN A QUIET PLACE. Bakery Confeitaria Belo Mundo located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The venue was lovely small, I enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect near to which is a peaceful oasis, the Douro River, and a clinic for a minor medical emergency. The room with great interior design. Its personnel was excellent and extremely friendly, no complaints. The provided service was exceptional.

We appreciated all the hotel offered: comfy beds and LOYAL staff. Located within a walk to chafariz dos poveiros, which is about 500 metres away. We liked that there was a bathtub.
