The rooms were spotless and silent and had tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. Everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. This accommodation was in the remote location to the metro which then took a further 10 minutes to get into the heart of Lisbon.

I liked the stay and would definitely recommend the venue. This was a very very good stay on a business trip. Had decent location in the center of the city, metres from a chain casino. The hotel's staff was well-trained and service-minded.

It was very nice 5 days, would stay here again. Everything was nice, lively hotel, the location was marvellous right by public transport, 2 subway lines, and the center. The food provided for breakfast was fresh. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the pool was great.

Everything was really good, convenient location really close to airport, main train station, and the airport and the zoo, really good experience. Newly remodelled room, that also was top-class with club lounge access. The check in was early, the staff was competent and well-trained.

The venue is reasonably clean and big, views are fantastic, the location is quiet and decent right by the restaurant and a friendly bar/snack area with outside seating overlooking the pool/garden area as well as the lisboa. I liked competent and well-trained personnel that ensures guests have a very good stay. They have a poolside bar.

The hotel is easy walk to bairro alto and jardim zoologico. Breakfast was GOOD and we greatly enjoyed the bar where it was served. Restaurante Rolo was 10 mins walk away.
