The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to the riverside, the Douro River and bars, cafes and restaurants. It was 1 km from Harry Ramsden's, offering quick-service food.

The location was comfortable, to most areas in a historic area. What's more, it was near to convention centre and the river, all mainly tourist attractions and Igreja de Sao Francisco. We had a nice bedroom. Very comfy beds, a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and an individual safe were a nice touch.

The location was great riverside and best possible, next to many nice restaurants, tram, and riverside bars and restaurants, and the view was absolutely stunning. Also, the hotel was just a short walk away from an award-winning oceanarium. The rooms were airy and new-fashioned with lovely bathrooms.

We spend 2 nights in Porto lovely. The staff was VERY CARING, attentive all the time. There were nice beds and a safe box, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room. The location was best possible and prime for restaurants and cafes. The restaurant was good and food was delicious.
