The property was charming with GOOD staff who's customer service was lacking. Greatly enjoyed the way our deluxe room with balcony was arranged. All in all everything was perfect, though we had cold bathroom.

The room was tidy and new-fashioned, offered a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. The view over the botanic gardens was delightful, enjoyed it. The location was perfect and the breakfast was fresh made. It was also very close to lisbon for the first time, botanic garden, and the shops en restaurants.

Wonderful small hotel, clean, with professional staff who's customer service was lacking. Good food, very good sized and nicely furnished room with nice view, the bedroom, as example. A wide array of freshly prepared and savoury breakfast options. Central location, just a short walk away from Restorer's Square. Enjoyed lively area.

Absolutely fantastic and wonderful place, it has exceptional staff who's customer service was lacking. The hotel boasts central location really close to everything in town. Btw, it's set in Lisbon Old Town district just off bars and restsurants, Rossio metro stations and a viewpoint, botanic garden and restaurants area.

When I am in Lisbon, I like staying here. Modest and clean place to stay in, it has attentive and competent staff who's customer service was lacking. Plus, the location is particularly good and ideal, minutes from Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara. Its set in a downtown area. A good restaurant has fabulous food.
