As for me, the location was convenient, adjacent to the city centre, the cable car and which was excellent. It took 10 minutes to reach Praia Fluvial de Viana do Castelo on foot.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were really kind. Location: the hotel was next to the restaurant, mall, and the outskirts of the old town. And it's just a short walk away from Cantinho da Carla, ate there once or twice.

Possibly the best and very good stay for more than one night. Modern & outstanding rooms with amenities. Marvellous location - close to Historic Centre and Shopping Mall, the old town and the funicular and the railway station. A wide array of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Overall a fine stay - great value-to-price ratio, considering prices in other hotels. Splendid view, a big balcony, good bed, too. Nice pool area too. Moreover, we parked on-site. The restaurant was magnificent, it had special meals.

I loved the place, it was immaculately clean & the staff were wonderfully courteous. They made my stay fun. Buffet breakfast was delicious & consisted of coffee, breads, jam, eggs and cheese. Pool with the river view was very clean😃

Lovely base for 2 nights. We had the premier room and it was quiet. Cantinho da Carla, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Staff - loyal! We truly enjoyed sitting on the small balcony.
The breakfast was very basic, unfortunately.
