The location is efficient and perfect, it's close enough to the main sights, Rua Augusta, and two metro stations and trams. The staff is exceptionally friendly and excellent, an absolute asset to this the place. Make sure to get double room with in a nice neighborhood, shared bathroom, for example.

The breakfast had a huge variety of nice food and drinks. The queen room was large and modest with a private external bathroom, comfy bed, for example. The location was good and unbeatable for walking around Chiado. And the area was crowded, really close to the sea front, metro and city center and seaside and many cafes, coffee shops.
