The venue was in a central location near to Faial island and the harbor and Peter's Sports' Cafe. The staff were efficient and very attentive day and night. I was there for 2 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with wonderful food that must be tasted.

The location was perfect and excellent, close to Horta Historic Center. Set in good area, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. I ate at a particularly good restaurant for lunch or dinner. It was tidy and had a splendid view of the ocean and Pico too.

fabulous base for traveling to horta and exploring local places. it was a great location for us. the bar was fantastic. standard room was the best. kudos to barman.
