Truly enjoyed our rooms on upper floors. The balcony had chairs and tables. Excellent and very attentive staff who were always there to help. The location was fantastic, not too far from Praca da Batalha.

The staff was highly courteous and very attentive all the time. Fantastic central location really close to the center of the city, Porto and the historic area. Had lunch/dinner at Tokyo Sushi, which I found at a short distance from the hotel.

Excellent people working here, newly remodelled place. Bright and reasonably large rooms with shower, a " red hot " bathroom, enough towels. Amazing and fantastic location - 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Praca da Batalha. Great way to end our holiday.

The property was neat and NEWLY DECORATED. The breakfast was sensational and offered lots of options. The room was large and quiet with balcony, the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal and excellent, relatively close to a Roman Catholic church. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively close to the hotel.
Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

The staff was extremely helpful, the accommodation was new and fairly clean. We liked our room, it was bright and incredibly comfortable. It made our trip to Porto an enjoyable experience.

I would stay here again, my stay was excellent! It is fairly clean and fairly basic hotel with convenient private parking. Cosy location to cais ribeira.
