It was a very good stay on vacation. The location was absolutely perfect in the historic area and easy for visiting a castle and a theatre close to the hotel. The staff was all very friendly and patient.

Extremely helpful people working here, beautifully decorated and quaint place. Soundproof luxury king suite with modern art. Panoramic view of the bay, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and dressing gowns in the bathroom. Perfect and nice location in the historic area and easy access to a small supermarket and a supermarket. Plus, walking distance to a chain casino.

The staff provided GOOD service and helped with luggage. It was in a central setting in an area that the streets are blocked off. Spent our evenings in nearby Allfama Too enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The hotel was set in a central area close to Conveniently close to both the old Alfama, ancient ruins and the river and Lisbon. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Maruto Bar & Bistro. Got fantastic superior double room with the view when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. A mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe worked well.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the bay, the castle overlooking Lisbon, and wonderful restaurants, bars, sights and easy walk downtown. It was huge, reasonably large and with the terrace.

Everything was beautiful, very welcoming staff, exceptional views of the sea. The rooms were spacious and huge, with a safe, a minibar, and central heating, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was great and lovely, just a short walk away from an engaging museum. Plus, it was right by main tourist attractions, Alfama the old district in Lisbon and wonderful restaurants, bars, sights and easy walk downtown.

Exceptional, accommodating staff towards all guests. Terrific service and reasonable value. Marvellous and lovely location, a short walk to everywhere.
