The room I booked was brand-new and spotless, complete with Netflix, the back garden and a mini fridge. The staff were exceptionally friendly all the time. The location was particularly good and perfect, next to a park and a hill.

New-fashioned & bright room, with a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Brilliant fresh fruit and muesli at breakfast. Location next to metro which is very good, a park where the locals play cards in the evening and the centre.

The staff were very friendly, comfortable location in the park next to a tempting bar where the locals gather in the evening. We loved rooms with a terrace.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The venue is stylish and exceptionally comfortable. Rooms are reasonably spacious and fantastic with a wonderful shower, Netflix, as example, food is fresh! The hotel offers fresh fruit and muesli in the morning.

The rooms were tidy and nicely furnished and had hypoallergenic pillows. The stuff were excellent and brilliantly friendly. The accommodation had a central location close to old town city centre. Santo Ildefonso district was worth visiting.
