Everyone is very very helpful and attentive and host too. The units were big with a balcony. They have central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen television.

All the personnel was lovely and understanding. The accommodation had a central location in the centre of the old town. It was also close to Sao Bento railway station, wonderful restaurants and shops and a short walk down to the river for the port caves and river boat ride and all tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a wonderful and incredible location, minutes from a subway station. All the staff members are helpful and lovely. The units are nice looking and reasonably large with a balcony.

The hotel suited our needs, I would like to go back there again. Perfect property and great value for money. The deluxe queen studio room included a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a sitting area, we were happy about that.
