Booked it for 3 days and had a fairly nice experience. The location in a very very nice area was quiet and unbeatable and there were a shopping mall and a big supermarket nearby. Dessert restaurant Fabrica no Largo located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The pleasant onsite restaurant had lots of food.

Location: the hotel was next to the airport and town, smaller organic food shop, and the town center. There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated room.
