Travelled with my babies, spent 5 nights here and had a very good stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and very friendly, everything was beautiful. Incredible and unbeatable location, it was next to the train station. In general the service was perfect. Took the advantage of the parking outside.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was good. The location was comfortable, relatively close to Gulbenkian Park. There was a very nice restaurant, a market and shops next door. Set walk from an underground station, it was a plus.

The staff are hospitable, and the breakfast is satisfactory. We had a standard double room and it included air conditioner, an individual safe and a work desk. We truly enjoyed its location within easy walking distance of Entre Campos metro station. On-site restaurant Coffee Shop News Cafe was a bonus, had dinner there.
Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom. Our bed was too hard.
