The location was perfect, close to a relaxed park. The personnel was welcoming and kind. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and airy with a warm duvet, very comfortable bed, for instance.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave inside the room. It was with a bathtub. The staff were fantastic and great too.

The place was fairly clean with a very friendly staff. The double room I stayed in was recently refurbished with a very comfy bed. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

It was fairly clean and the staff were exceptionally nice and fantastic, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Its location was central, a few steps away from El Corte Ingles Mall. You could walk to a bakery and chemist's. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The hotel provided great prices.

All the staff was amicable and we had a flexible check in. The hotel had great location near to the main tourist attractions, the department store and metro and the train stations, bus terminal and airport. It also was close to public transport.

It is in comfortable location to Liberty Avenue, set a couple of blocks away from the hotel. It is nestled in a picture perfect area right by Eduardo VII Park, Metro, supermarket and cafes, and the downtown area.

The reception was charming, I loved it. The restaurant was charming and served special food. The cafe bar was large and the drinks were complimentary. Could use their convenient parking. Shops and chemist's were right next door. Parc Eduardo Vii was also near to the hotel.

Loved my stay, it was really nice, the service was impeccable. Really good staff accommodated all the needs Breakfast was abundant, there were splendid fresh bread, croissants, yoghourt, fruit and meats. Comfortable central location, not too far away from Estufa Fria Botanical Garden: )

We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends, especially the room with city view. Besides, we had free WiFi. A real bonus was location right at Parque metro station.
