The location was perfect, close to a relaxed park. The personnel was welcoming and kind. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and airy with a warm duvet, very comfortable bed, for instance.

It was fairly clean and the staff were exceptionally nice and fantastic, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Its location was central, a few steps away from El Corte Ingles Mall. You could walk to a bakery and chemist's. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The hotel provided great prices.

All the staff was amicable and we had a flexible check in. The hotel had great location near to the main tourist attractions, the department store and metro and the train stations, bus terminal and airport. It also was close to public transport.

The reception was charming, I loved it. The restaurant was charming and served special food. The cafe bar was large and the drinks were complimentary. Could use their convenient parking. Shops and chemist's were right next door. Parc Eduardo Vii was also near to the hotel.

We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends, especially the room with city view. Besides, we had free WiFi. A real bonus was location right at Parque metro station.
