All in all, it was nice base for travelling to Vila Nova de Gaia. The personnel was amiable and excellent as expected. The room was soundproof and spotless and the amenities included a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a multi-channel TV. The hotel had excellent location not far from the metro, bus and tram station, the cable car and bridge and cafes and restaurants along the way as well as next to the river.
