Great and convenient accommodation with decent setting so close to several restaurants, the harbour, and the ferry terminal. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Had a very nice stay here during our trip. The hotel was in the very central setting in Pico island. Plus, it was next to evrything, ferry boats, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, nearby restaurants and other local stores and the city centre.

Units with a great view. Central location next to the waterfront in Madalena, cruise terminal and the port, brand-new and big rooms. Also, elsewhere on the island.

It was in a central location, on the islands. The staff was competent and excellent and gave me recommendations. The breakfast was rich and wonderful especially with local cheese, the best I had in Madalena.

The location in a beautiful area was good and there were chemist's and supermarkets nearby. The unit we got was newly renovated with coffee or tea, a great view, for instance.
Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Very efficient and competent staff, brand-new double room. Variety of facilities such as: a mini-bar, central heating and an iron/ironing board. In a central location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Walking distance to chemist's and supermarkets across the street.

Awesome breakfast, a wide range of options available. Nice pool, parking on-site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Excellent location to the Port, fine room. And right by outdoor cafe's, restaurants and rest of the attractions and harbour.

All good - I enjoyed my stay - food was reasonably priced and my bed was fine. The staff was flexible and was willing to help with every need. Priceless view of mountain. Plus, it was right next to a ferry port and the rooms were common and silent.

The best hotel I ever visited before now so far. Quiet venue with a fairly good location and very very nice staff. I loved the pool bar. Room was large, bigger then in most Madalena hotels: D
