Everything was nice and liked my stay there. I got complimentary king room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. Its staff was extremely helpful and excellent. The hotel was in a central setting on frequent ferry.

Had a very nice stay here during our trip. The hotel was in the very central setting in Pico island. Plus, it was next to evrything, ferry boats, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, nearby restaurants and other local stores and the city centre.

It was in a central location, on the islands. The staff was competent and excellent and gave me recommendations. The breakfast was rich and wonderful especially with local cheese, the best I had in Madalena.

The location in a beautiful area was good and there were chemist's and supermarkets nearby. The unit we got was newly renovated with coffee or tea, a great view, for instance.

All good - I enjoyed my stay - food was reasonably priced and my bed was fine. The staff was flexible and was willing to help with every need. Priceless view of mountain. Plus, it was right next to a ferry port and the rooms were common and silent.

rooms in caravelas were very clean. we had a room with pool views. restaurante a parisiana, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. it was really a 4-star property as stated in the description.
